German diet Is it a winter diet?

The German diet is one of the most famous diets, and it is said that it is suitable for the winter season in particular, and it is intended for a specific period in which it helps the body lose more than 5 kilograms per month, and one of its advantages is that it helps the person committed to it get rid of the accumulated fat. He does not feel tired because of the completeness of the nutrients that the body needs in it.

 

Why is the German diet suitable for the winter season?

In fact, the German diet is suitable for all times, but it may be easy to follow in the winter because it depends on eating a lot of citrus fruits such as oranges, kiwis and strawberries, all of which are winter fruits, but it is suitable throughout the year.

4- Stick to the specified schedule and do not replace the permitted foods with others from the prohibited list

5- No to sugar, fats, all kinds of canned goods, and ready-made juice, even if it is sugar-free

6- It is allowed to eat boiled carrots, potatoes, and boiled potatoes without any additions except some salt and pepper

7- It is allowed to eat rice once a week, with a maximum of 5 tablespoons

8- It is allowed to eat a slice of brown toast for breakfast twice a week

9- It is allowed to consume fresh juices prepared at home without adding sugar, and specific types are allowed, which are carrots, oranges, apples, kiwi, strawberries and lemon with mint.

How to follow the German diet:

Breakfast: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Egg + carrot juice + apple + tea or coffee without sugar… A slice of toast is allowed twice a week

Lunch: 2:00 p.m

A large variety of salad + a quarter of a chicken, meat, grilled or boiled fish

It is allowed to eat a yogurt salad with the addition of lemon, simple salt, and a spoonful of olive oil  the salad

It is allowed to eat 5 tablespoons of rice once a week and does not divide the spoons on all days

Dinner: from 6 pm to 8 pm

Two cups of soup of any kind provided that no fat is added and the essential fat is removed

Or from 3 to 5 fruits of the permitted types such as guava, pear, banana, apple, orange, kiwi, and strawberry + a cup or two of fat-free yogurt
