TheAorus 15P comes in two large models – 15P WB and 15P KB. What is changing? The GeForce RTX graphics card will not be the same. Then, depending on the brands and references, the amount of memory and SSD may also vary.

For players and pros above all
In short, the Aorus 15P is the reverse of theAero 15 from Gigabyte, the Taiwanese brand’s laptop PC first designed for digital creators / workers, but who also like to play a good game from time to time.
As we said, depending on the configurations, the Arous 15P will offer a base of fixed elements. Starting with the connection, which is well developed, which consists of 3 USB 3.2 Gen1, 1 USB Type-C, HDMI 2.0, 1 miniDP, an SD card reader, a jack socket, 1 network socket, Wi-Fi 6 and BT 5.
Second element common to all machines: the 15.6-inch diagonal matte IPS screen with thin edges. It is limited to Full HD, but is refreshed to 144Hz, which will appeal to first-person shooter enthusiasts. No particular colorimetric certification apart from the fact that it responds to 72% to the NTSC spectrum.
Last element common to all configurations, the latest generation Intel Core i7-10750H processor. Depending on the references, it could be added the services of 8 to 64 GB of DDR4 memory.
For storage, one or two SSDs can also be installed on the motherboard (NVMe PCIe and SATA).
Finally, on the references WB, it’s a GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q which will generate the polygons of the games while on the KB, it will be a RTX 2060 classic that will be at the helm.
To cool all this, Gigabyte relies on a homemade dissipation system, consisting of two fans and a string of heat pipes. Everything is advertised as efficient and silent: we can’t wait to have one of its Aorus 15P in our hands to form our own opinion.
