If you are a competitive tennis player, how familiar are you with the mental game?

The next question is: and how well do you practice each day?

These are the first 2 questions you should ask yourself today and write down your answers.

Mental laws are clear and simple, yet most tennis juniors know nothing about them.

They never take the time to study them and most tennis coaches don’t encourage them to do so either, which is the main issue these young people face today.

This is the reason why many of them never reach their full potential as a player, it is very sad and true.

They work against mental laws and they never take the time to step back and watch the game for what it really is.

The main thing I want you to take away from this article is that you need to know mental laws.

Because tennis competition is ALL MENTAL.

So become a student of mental laws and stop trying to fight them.

The first thing you will find out is that

The thought of fear will attract more fear to yourself in matches.

The thought of doubting will bring more confusion and frustration.

Then you will find that,

The thought of power will draw more power into your mental play.

In other words.

“Like attracts like, with any thought you have and keep in your mind.”

Imagine if you could keep the POWER thinking all day, what kind of tennis player could you become?

Well guess what?

You can and you should begin to hold that thought right now.

Listen, if you’re a competitive tennis player, I want you to do this.

Stop reading this article for a while, create a powerful image of yourself as a tennis warrior, play tennis fearlessly in your matches, and hold that thought for as long as you can.

Try it out now, then come back to this post after a few minutes.

How did you do?

Wasn’t it very long?

No problem, try again later.

Practice holding a powerful thought a little longer each time you do it, and you will improve with this additional thought training.

The more you practice and study mental laws, the better you will begin to play the mental game.

It is about getting to know the mental game, through constant mental training.

Do you see what I’m saying here?

Alright, got it, now please do it everyday !!
