The important thing is to diet mainly by exercising and eating a nutritious diet in an appropriate amount.
By strengthening your muscles and doing aerobic exercise as a habit, your body will surely become more prone to fat burning, and your immunity will also become stronger, so your body will shift to health.
In addition, by exercising with sufficient nutrition such as sugar, which is the energy to move the body, body fat becomes easier to burn.
On the other hand, if you don’t have enough nutrients to move your body, fat will not burn because it will break down the proteins stored in your muscles and internal organs.
Therefore, let’s eat three meals a day.
And avoid low-nutrition foods such as processed foods and fast foods,
and choose foods that are beneficial to your body, mainly vegetables, and fruits.
