Orange and Oppo have forged a “European co-innovation partnership” to develop services around eSIMs, embedded SIM cards. The operator will thus be the first to distribute Oppo’s new eSIM connected watch in France, which runs on Google Wear OS and will be available from October 22. Thanks to eSIM, the user will be able to use the same number on the watch as on their smartphone.

Other products will be launched under this agreement, such as the Oppo A72 from October, followed by the flagship models of the new Reno4 Series (Reno4 Pro and Reno4 Z) by the end of the year.
