- Black Bean Pasta Ingredients:
- 8 ounces uncooked spiral pasta
- 1 can (15 oz.) rinsed and drained black beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- How to make Black Bean Pasta:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain.
- In the meantime, in a sizable pot coated with cooking spray.
