  • Black Bean Pasta Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces uncooked spiral pasta
  • 1 can (15 oz.) rinsed and drained black beans
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • How to make Black Bean Pasta:
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain.
  • In the meantime, in a sizable pot coated with cooking spray.
