Withings is not at its first attempt in the field of health. A little over a year ago, the Frenchman unveiled his first watch capable of performing an electrocardiogram, the Move ECG, Thus coming to compete with the Apple Watch.
Announced at the last CES in Las Vegas, the new Withings ScanWatch, takes a new step since in addition to recording an ECG to detect possible atrial fibrillation, it offers a more detailed monitoring of your nights, tracking down potential respiratory disturbances and even soon, sleep apnea (certification waiting). Finally, with its integrated SpO2 sensor, it is also able to measure the oxygen saturation in your blood.
An enduring companion
Beyond these characteristics, the ScanWatch is distinguished by its careful design – sapphire crystal, stainless steel dial, interchangeable straps – water resistance to 50 meters and exceptional autonomy (1 month announced). It allows you to follow around thirty sports activities and receive its main notifications on a second (small) monochrome OLED screen.
The Withings ScanWatch is already available at 279.95 euros in the 38mm version and 299.95 euros in the 42mm version.
