Is it me or has comments on live tennis go down in recent years or what.

What is your opinion?

For the record too, I love Johnny Mac and I also love listening to the guys from ATP.

Because they are able to take you with them during the game and teach you something that you didn’t know before watching it, it takes insight and skill!

Something most American tennis advertisers don’t have!

Return to the title of this article.

The first problem is that American television advertisers talk too much.

They never shut up.

Guys talk before, during and after the points and they talk when they should allow the spectator to enjoy the game.

“Every great TV commentator has a stream, just like they call a tennis match and they’re great at following the stream of the game.”

It takes experience and skill and most of them don’t.

The other problem is that they try to impress the viewer too much on air.

It’s almost like most of them have to show us that they know more about the game than we do.

Bad move too.

They should let their comments speak for themselves, then the viewer will find out after this match how much knowledge they have.

Every time I listen to the ATP guys, I learn something new about the game.

And that’s why they’re so good at what they do.

Last reason, they have no appeal on television.

With this one, you either have it or you don’t.

The call to the screen is just natural for some people and difficult for others.

If this is difficult for you, then you just need to be yourself and work on your posture and screen appearance further out of the air.

It’s something a lot of these guys don’t do.

I wonder if this is the main reason why the television audience for tennis has been declining for the past few years?

Tennis is a great sport to watch and when you have a good announcer and a co-host who is funny and witty, you can enjoy the game even more.

Solution.

Get rid of these guys!

The TV stations should give them a chance to fix things, then give them the boot and bring them new blood.

I know many of you are reading this and agreeing with me here, because every time I speak with my friends I hear the same complaints too.

We all need to speak out on this major issue and make sure ATP and WTA listen to us.

After all, we are the ones who pay the tickets, who pay the players and the sponsors for the television coverage of these tournaments.

Okay, that’s the end of my rants.

Please leave me a comment and give me your opinion on this matter.

Because I would like to know your opinion on it!

Also enjoy the Australian Open guys!
